Welcome to Island Life

Welcome to Yurei Jima, and welcome to island life.

Norowarejima is an island in Japan where ancient shrines and neon city skylines coexist. Settle into a quiet neighbourhood, uncover centuries of history or head towards the snow. The choice is yours.

Find your place on the island

Picture a bike ride along the beachfront, with the ocean breeze and crashing waves close by. A little further inland, the city offers a different pace: busy streets, new faces and the chance to make a name for yourself.

Perhaps your character belongs at the docks, in a hospital or out protecting the island’s forests. Beyond the city, snowy mountains and steep cliffs invite a more adventurous story. From a quiet life by the coast to a fresh start among the city lights, there is room to imagine a life of your own.

Make yourself at home

Our community is taking shape as we prepare for launch. Start with a hello in the forums, meet other players and join a conversation. Whether you enjoy writing, building, artwork or seeing where a story takes you, there is room to get involved.

You can also make your member profile yours and start creating the characters you would like to bring to the island.

Start exploring

Read the rules in the Guide and explore the Wiki as the team develops the island’s reference material. We will share more news here as launch approaches.

For now, have a look around and join us on Discord. We are glad to have you here.
